1. Service description

Rolling Insights is an analytics-only companion for third-party roulette-style platforms. The service provides simulations, historical statistics, and alerting tools. It does not place bets, manage balances, or hold user funds.

• No guarantees are provided regarding accuracy, availability, or outcomes.
• Users remain fully responsible for any actions they take on third-party platforms.

2. Eligibility & lawful use

Rolling Insights is intended for adults who can legally access and use similar analytics tools where they live.

• Adults only — do not use if you are under the legal age in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with local laws.
• If using analytics around third-party roulette-style platforms is prohibited where you live, you must not use Rolling Insights.

3. Service availability & changes

Features may change, break, or be removed without prior notice. Uptime and data retention are not covered by a formal SLA.

• Access may be limited or revoked at any time.
• APIs and UI flows may change as we iterate on the product.
• The service may be unavailable during maintenance, incident response, or infrastructure changes.
• We log usage metrics and errors to improve stability, as described in the privacy overview.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Rolling Insights is a subscription SaaS. Billing is handled by our billing provider.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
• Canceling stops renewal, but you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
• Cancellations do not automatically issue refunds for the current billing period. For details, see the refund policy.

5. Responsible use

By using Rolling Insights you agree to use the product in a reasonable, lawful way and to respect the terms of the third-party platforms that you interact with.

• No attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• No resale, redistribution, or automated scraping of Rolling Insights without written permission.
• No reverse engineering, probing, vulnerability scanning, or testing for weaknesses without explicit written authorization.
• No automated access at scale (bots/scripts) that may degrade service stability, unless explicitly permitted in writing.
• Do not use the service to harass, abuse, or disrupt others.
• Do not rely on the service as your only source of truth for financial decisions.

6. No advice / no guarantees

Rolling Insights provides statistics and simulations. It does not provide gambling, financial, or professional advice.

• No guarantee of profit, loss prevention, or outcomes of any kind.
• Roulette-style platforms are inherently random and risky.
• You remain fully responsible for your decisions and actions on third-party platforms.

7. Accounts, security & termination

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and using the service fairly.

• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share access.
• We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security concerns, or repeated policy violations.
• Billing disputes or chargebacks may result in temporary restrictions while the issue is reviewed.

8. Intellectual property & license

Rolling Insights and its software, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited permission to use the service as intended.

• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for personal use.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the service without written permission.

9. Feedback

If you send feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, you agree we may use them to improve the product without any obligation to you.

10. Third-party platforms & trademarks

Rolling Insights may reference or analyse third-party platforms for context. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms.

• You must comply with the terms and rules of any third-party platform you use.
• All third-party trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.

11. Limitation of liability

Rolling Insights is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses or damages arising from use of the service or any third-party platform.

• No liability for outcomes or losses on third-party platforms.
• No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
• Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms describe how Rolling Insights is intended to be used. We may update them from time to time as the service evolves.
